Presentation of HIPSTER results during 31st EFFoST International Conference, Sitges Spain.

This conference focuses on Food Science and Technology Challenges for the 21st Century.

HIPSTER coordinator Silvia Garcia della Torre will present the results of the HIPSTER conference together with Rudi F. Vogel (Technical University Munich) and Nick van Lanen (TOP B.V.).

In addition, Maximilian Maier (Technical University Munich) will give a poster Presentation on his studies of inactivation of Clostridium botulinum spores in real foods.
