Alimentaria is a reference show for the food and beverage industry in Spain and is considered one of the three most important fairs in this field in the world. In 2014, Alimentaria gathered 140.386 professionals and around 4.000 exhibiting companies. The attendance of international visitors beat all records with 42.117 visitors coming from more than 143 countries.
CNTA will have a stand in the fair where we can give you more detailed information about the HIPSTER project. On April 26th, CNTA will also host a workshop about "new preservation technologies“, where the HIPSTER project will be presented.
